Changes to the guild
We are about to Try some changes to make the Guild and Game more fun and looking to you to help this happen.
The guild is here to be used by all and not just the few so remember Your guild needs you.

I shall continue in the role of Guild Master unless others question the position and a vote of no confidence is agreed by majority of members and then the position will be passed on to other players This is not my guild it is our guild.
Treasury Dept. has the following responsibilities.
Approves the output cash flows, ensuring a reasonable usage for the money. (i.e when certain items are reuired in other Deptments of the guild that are not readily available.
Perfoms marketing reasearch, discovering ways to make the guild wealthy.
Anylises the auction house to get the best of it (when buying and selling.) the figure of the auction house specialist has been bought in for this purpose.
Vacancys in this Dept. Treasurer, AH specialist.
Resources Dept. has the following resposibilities.
Allocates item requests to the relevent crafting/gathering team. The figure of Request officer has been bought in for this purpose.
They would also oversee the crafting team and items placed in the gathering tab of the guild bank are passed to the correct dept or onto the treasury to raise funds for the guild.
Vacancys in this Dept. Resource officer.
We will also require members who are able to craft and gather in each proffesion in the game rakings and tiltles to follow for these positions.
Mentoring Dept. has the following responsibilities.
Allocates a mentor to new guild member.
Defines a development plan for each of the in game classes.
performs recruiting reasearch/actions to expand the guild.

R&D Dept. has the following responsibilities.
Provides locations/level information for the raids and dungeons available in the game.
organises the parties depending on the raid or dungeon organised.
Leads and organises dungeon runs and raids.
